01Our stance
PipTradeDex is built to keep your trading to yourself. We ask for as little as possible, hold it carefully, and never sell or rent it. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
02What we collect
- Login identity. When you sign in with Telegram we receive your Telegram user id and public first name, used to create and recognize your account.
- Wallet addresses. The blockchain addresses provisioned for your account, so we can show balances and settle your trades.
- Activity records. A record of the swaps, deposits and withdrawals you make, so your dashboard can show your history and statuses.
- Minimal technical data. A session cookie that keeps you signed in, and basic request data needed to operate and secure the service.
03What we do not collect
We do not ask for your email, a password, or a seed phrase. We do not run third party advertising or analytics trackers that profile you, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
04How we use it
We use your information only to operate the service: to sign you in, show your balances, quote and settle trades, keep your history, and protect the service and its users against fraud and abuse.
05Custody and keys
Wallet keys are encrypted at rest with a per user key and are only ever used server side to sign the specific action you requested. They are never displayed in the interface, never sent to your browser, and never logged.
06Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies only: a signed session cookie to keep you logged in, and a short lived pairing cookie so a login link only works in the browser that started it. We do not use advertising or cross site tracking cookies.
07On chain transparency
Blockchains are public. Privacy on PipTradeDex means your order is not broadcast to a public queue for bots to read, and the links between your wallets are not put on display. Once a swap settles on a public blockchain, the settlement itself is recorded on that ledger like any on chain transaction.
08Service providers
We rely on infrastructure and market data providers to run the service (for example hosting and price data). They process only what is needed to deliver their function and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
09Retention
We keep account and activity data for as long as your account is active and as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to close your account and remove your data, subject to records we are required to keep.
10Security
We protect the service with encryption at rest for keys, signed sessions, request checks, and least privilege access. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your own device and Telegram account secure as well.
11Your choices
- Withdraw your funds to any external address at any time.
- Log out to end your session, and log out on shared devices.
- Ask us to close your account and delete your data.
12Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
13Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted here, with an updated date above.
